ParkinsonFest Gandia: 25th anniversary
The Associació Parkinson Gandia Safor marks its 25th anniversary with the ParkinsonFest, a festive charity day on Gandia's plaça del Tirant. From 10 am to 4 pm there will be a free showcooking of coques by chef Pepe Cotaina, a children's area with a mini disco and storytelling, a food area with a charity bar and live music, including the group La Desbanda, made up of people affected by the disease. Money raised at the bar and in the raffle will go towards equipping a rehabilitation room; the target is 4,500 euros.
Date: Saturday 24 October 2026.
Time: 10 am to 4 pm (showcooking from 10.30 am, mini disco at 11.30 am, music from 1 pm).
Venue: Plaça del Tirant, 46702 Gandia.
Admission: free entry. Charity café and bar, plus a raffle and fundraising merchandise for the association.
