Quincena de la Cigala in Gandia 2026
From 1 to 15 September 2026, 21 restaurants in Gandia and the Safor put fresh fish-market langoustine at the centre of the table. Organised by DestíSafor with the collaboration of Gandia Town Council, the fifth edition of these gastronomy days offers everything from traditional seafaring dishes (blanqueta, creamy rice) to more contemporary creations, starring locally caught, zero-kilometre langoustine.

Time: throughout the day, depending on each restaurant's opening hours.
Venue: 21 participating restaurants, spread across Platja de Gandia, El Grau de Gandia, the town centre and Barx. Reference point: Llotja de Gandia (Grau).
