Workshop: your first AI plan, where to start
A practical workshop by ESIC Business & Marketing School, with FAES, at the Fomento AIC building in Gandia, on the first steps towards adopting artificial intelligence in a company. The session looks at which processes are the best candidates for a start, how to save time on everyday tasks without technical knowledge and how to draw up a first adoption plan suited to each organisation's size and needs, with real cases from administration, sales, marketing, customer service, human resources and management. It includes a welcome coffee and a masterclass by AI strategy adviser Vicent Gadea Mira. Aimed at business owners, managers, department heads, professionals and entrepreneurs.
