Oliva hosts the seventh edition of the Concurs Nacional de Coques Ciutat d'Oliva on 21 September 2026 at the Centre Polivalent, where 25 hospitality professionals prepare an original coca for the jury. Organised by the Associació Gastronòmica Amics de les Coques d'Oliva (AGACO) with the Tourism department of Oliva Town Council. There are seven awards, with €1,000 for the main prize, and a popular lunch to taste the cocas.
