 he Royal Monastery of Santa Maria de la Valldigna\, in Simat. Over ten day
 s the Cistercian monastery —founded in 1298 and home to monks until 1835
 — hosts guided tastings of abbey cheeses\, artisan chocolates\, monastic
  wines and craft beers\, paired with local products such as artisan sweets
  and cured sausage\, plus a medicinal herbs workshop. It is organised by S
 imat de la Valldigna town council with the support of the Diputació de Va
 lència tourism centre\, and this year the town has been chosen Poble Màg
