Festival Polisònic de Gandia 2026: international music at the Casa Marquesa

From 23 July to 15 August 2026, the Festival Polisònic de Gandia returns to the garden of the Casa de Cultura Marqués González de Quirós with nine concerts of flamenco, Latin jazz, African music, Cuban rhythms, blues, American folk and pop reimagined in a classical key.

The festival reaches its 37th edition and keeps the format that has made it one of the most recognisable summer music series in Gandia: open-air performances, an intimate capacity and a programme designed to uncover acts that rarely tour the big commercial circuits.

Nine concerts at the Casa Marquesa

Organised by the Ajuntament de Gandia and the Casa de Cultura Marqués de González de Quirós, the Polisònic takes place in the garden of the Casa Marquesa, right in the centre of the city. It is an easy plan to pair with dinner, a walk through the Centre Històric or a cultural evening during your holidays.

The 2026 Polisònic programme

  • 23 July, 20:00: Doña Manteca, free entry, with all the joy of Latin rhythms.
  • 24 July, 21:30: Patax, a fusion of black music, flamenco, jazz and Afro-Cuban rhythms.
  • 25 July, 21:30: Jeff Espinoza & The Gypsy Runners, blues, country and American folk.
  • 31 July, 21:30: La Jose, flamenco and other Iberian cultures.
  • 1 August, 21:30: Kanazoé Orkestra, African rhythms with the energy of a live show.

A festival for enjoying Gandia beyond the beach

The Polisònic fits neatly into a summer break because it brings music to the centre of Gandia after dark and at modest prices. Its mix of styles lets you choose between the more danceable concerts, roots music, big Latin jazz line-ups or a closing night of classical takes on popular songs.

If you are planning a particular evening, it is worth checking ticket availability in advance: the garden of the Casa Marquesa is an intimate setting and capacity is limited.
