On 19 September 2026, Gandia hosts the fifth Rally Clásicos Territorio Borgia, a full day of historic vehicles, road regularity and heritage associated with the Borgia family.
Club Automovilismo Gandia is organising a new edition for touring cars, sports cars and motorcycles that are at least 25 years old. The route will follow roads through La Safor and nearby districts, with controlled average speeds below 50 km/h on sections open to traffic.
Regularity rallying for classic vehicles
The classification rewards how accurately each team maintains the average speeds set by the organisers. Categories are available for entrants using measuring instruments and for teams without specialist equipment. Vehicles must have a valid ITV roadworthiness certificate, compulsory insurance and registration documents.
The competition entry fee is €150 per vehicle for the driver and co-driver. The programme also includes the 1ª Ruta Clásicos Territorio Borgia, a non-timed touring option costing €45 per person. It includes the route, a meal and a cultural visit to the Ducal Palace of the Borgias.
Classic motoring and Borgia heritage
The rally connects the landscape of the region with Gandia’s history. The Palau Ducal forms part of the cultural programme and the planned close of the day, while the vehicles travel along roads in the surrounding area. A visit can be combined with the Territorio Borgia urban route or provide a starting point for exploring the Borgia Route through the province of Valencia.
Spectators can see the classic vehicles at the designated start and finish areas. The organisers still need to confirm the detailed timetable, the exact meeting point and the final itinerary, so check the official information before travelling.
